Triple B Machine & Prototyping

Additive Tech

3D Printing & Prototyping

Our additive manufacturing process bridges the gap between digital design and physical reality. We utilize high-performance polymers and advanced layer technology to produce functional prototypes and end-use parts with complex internal geometries impossible for traditional machining.

Process Capabilities

  • Typical Materials: PLA, ABS, Nylon, Polycarbonate, TPU
  • Tolerances: Standard ±0.020" or better depending on geometry
  • Typical Parts: Enclosures, Jigs & Fixtures, Functional Prototypes

Material Science

3D Printing Materials

Choose from a wide range of materials suitable for high-performance prototypes and functional components.

ABS

A tough and impact-resistant thermoplastic, ideal for structural parts, enclosures, and automotive components requiring durability.

PLA

Known for high detail and dimensional accuracy. Best for visual prototypes, concept models, and architectural miniatures where surface finish is critical.

PETG

Combines the ease of printing of PLA with the strength of ABS. Offering excellent chemical resistance and high clarity for functional mechanical parts.

Nylon

Extremely durable and flexible. Perfect for gears, hinges, and wear-resistant applications that require thermal resistance and low friction.

TPU

A rubber-like material with high flexibility and elasticity. Used for gaskets, vibration dampening components, and custom seals.

Not sure which material is right? Our team will help you choose the best option for your project.
